Verify a MENARABENA record

  1. 01Scan the QR code on the delivery or its documents.
  2. 02Or enter its full reference, which looks like MC‑VR‑2026‑000000.
  3. 03Read the record’s state first, then each external outcome.

What a check can show

Six results, each in plain words.

  • MENARABENA record active The record is active and at least one external outcome has been recorded. Each outcome is shown on its own line: Approved, Pending, Rejected, Expired or Not Applicable.
  • MENARABENA record active; external outcome not yet recorded The record is active; no external outcome has been recorded yet. Each applicable type shows as Pending or Not Applicable.
  • Record expired The record is past its expiry date. Its dates are shown, with each external status and its own dates.
  • Record suspended / not active Menara Asia has suspended the record or the Manufacturer. The last recorded external statuses are shown with their dates.
  • Record revoked The record has been withdrawn for good. External statuses appear only as historical outcomes.
  • No record found Nothing matches that reference or QR code. No product or approval is claimed.
